How to Consign
Consignment is EASY and a GREAT way to recycle your better belongings! Please read following guidelines for FASHIONS, FURNITURE & HOME DECOR!
FASHIONS
Women's Sizes 0-2X, Maternity & limited number of young men's casual tops/sportswear
Is this your first appointment? Please make a timed appointment!
If a trained staff member is not available during your appointment time to preview your items (it happens!), we will call you ASAP to detail accepted/ unaccepted items.

Highlighted months are BEST time to consign the items listed!
Women's Sizes 0-2X, Maternity & limited number of young men's casual tops/sportswear
- Up to 25 items per drop off.
- On hangers, CURRENT (under 3 years old), freshly laundered and unwrinkled
- We will charge steaming fee if items are wrinkled.
- Better Label (Mall, Boutique & Designer) No formal wear or bridal. No business suits
- New and nearly new handbags (no knock-offs), shoes and boots (no shoe boxes).
- Unique and better quality costume jewelry

- Established consignors may "drop and run” up to 10 items without a timed appointment. This means we will DONATE items deemed not acceptable for consignment. If you want unaccepteds back OR you have more than 10 items you must make timed appointment .

- Spring- January/February/March - lightweight clothing, crops and capris, long and shortsleeves
- Summer- March/April/May/June - shorts, sundresses, sandals, tanks and shortsleeves
- Fall- August/September/ October - heavier fabrics, short and longsleeves, lightweight jackets
- Winter- October/November/December - wools, longsleeves, coats
- Holiday Decor- 4-6 weeks prior to holiday
Furniture
- Contemporary, Vintage, Farmhouse, Traditional, Industrial etc.
- Good condition/ odor-free
- We typically sell items that 2 people can carry and load into an SUV or van
- Larger pieces considered; based on inventory

- Must have original value of $20 or more
- Décor: Popular contemporary styles or unique/ vintage/retro
- Books: Best-selling within past 5 years. No CDs, DVDs.
- NEW (original bag & never used): tablecloths, shower curtains, sheets & bedding, throws, decorative pillows.
- Seasonal décor, outdoor items, garden décor & planters.
- NO clear glass, china sets, crystal, kitchen gadgets, appliances, cookbooks, knick-knacky collectibles, and items more suited to flea market.
Consignment Details:
We base our selections on style, condition, current stock, time of year and over 30 years experience. Please understand that we must only select what our customers will buy!
One-Time $10.00 (cash) fee to open account.
60 day consignment period with periodic reductions. (furniture not subject to 60 days)
You earn 40% on most items; 50% if over $100, 65% if over $500. 50% or more on all furniture.
Use your credit towards store purchases, or request a check at end of consignment period. Earnings do not expire.
My staff and I are happy to share our love of consignment with you! Please call or email if you have special circumstances such as moving/estate settling, or consignment time issues.
