At Consignment Cottage we strive to host workshops with Pinterest-worthy projects! During each workshop (typically 2-3 hours) we will concentrate on various techniques and applications (listed below) to create something truly unique and beautiful for your home. Our goal is for you to have FUN and leave with the KNOWLEDGE and CONFIDENCE to Paint it Beautiful!
“Get a Grip” – Ultra grip allows you to paint on surfaces that are not typically easy to paint such as laminate, metal, glass or plastic! With Ultra Grip your painting surfaces are endless!
Decoupage/Transfer Gel – Enhance your painted piece with a decoupage effect or an image transfer!
Painting on Fabric – Didn’t know that you could paint fabric with Fusion™ Mineral Paint?? Fusion™ adheres FABULOUSLY to fabric, and can even be washed without the paint coming off!
Fresco – Learn how to create the perfect texture for your unique piece! Fresco is a highly versatile product that will create the perfect sea swept, weathered, worn or rustic look depending on your mix and application. We will teach you how mix fresco into Fusion™ paint to achieve your desired look!
Fusion™ Painting 101 – Have an outdated piece of furniture sitting in your house (or even picked up on the side of the road), and needs just a little bit of TLC to bring it back to life?? You'll leave the workshop with the knowledge of how to prep, paint and finish your piece!
Bring Your Own Piece (BYOP) - Similar to the Fusion™ Painting 101 Workshop... however in this workshop, you will bring your own project piece! Prior to the workshop, we will ask you to send a picture. We will consult with you regarding the best method to prep and paint your piece. Please note that your piece must be small enough for 2 people to carry upstairs to the workspace. If it is too large, we ask that you bring a drawer or door instead.
Kitchen/Bathroom Cabinets – Take pride in knowing that YOU beautifully refinished your kitchen/bathroom cabinets (while saving money at the same time!). We will teach you the proper prep, application and protection to keep your cabinets beautiful for years to come!

Private Parties
Girls Night Out/Date Night/Team Building - Choose a project from our workshop list, and host a private workshop experience with your friends, family, co-workers or whomever! A minimum of 6 people will be required to book a private party. Cost will vary by project. Email or call today to schedule your private party!

Instructors: We are FUSIONISTAS! What does that mean?? It means that we are fully certified instructors for Fusion™! We attended trainings hosted by Fusion™, and continue to learn new techniques to teach you the very best!
Cancellation Policy: Please note that we prepare for workshops in advance, which includes purchasing materials needed. Therefore, we have a strict no refund policy. However, we will allow you to receive a credit to use towards a future workshop.
Cost: Workshop costs vary based on materials and instruction needed. They range from $30-$120.
Materials and Supplies: All materials and supplies will be provided! *Bring Your Own Piece Workshop is the only class where you will have to bring your own furniture/home decor item*
